The reason why I suggest that you invest in duplexes is because there are people selling their investments before there is another real estate crash. If you ask me, there will be another real estate crash but the nice thing is that with the last one we all went through this one will not seem as bad. What you need to be looking for are all of the people out there that will be selling their homes and duplexes in order to get some of their tied up money out and into something a little more stable. This is where you can take advantage of other people’s fears.

Another reason why you should invest in duplexes is because you don’t have to pay double for lawn care and you can also get better deals if you need a contractor to do some work. Think about it, with double the size you will be able to get a better deal by simply letting the contractor know that they have double the work than they thought. This might seem a little weird to you but once you own your own duplex you will get the hang of it.

There are a lot of great duplexes out there, some will need a little bit of work but if you want to make money in real estate then this is what you will have to do. If your goal is to make money from a real estate venture than you should be doing everything you can to make it happen. What you must keep in mind is that you have hundreds of thousands of dollars riding on you and your property so you need to do whatever you can to make sure that you don’t lose any money on it.

When it comes to real estate you need to know what you are doing and the nice part about a duplex is you can live in one unit and rent out the other side. This will keep you at ease knowing that your real estate venture is being taken care of.
